Global Education & Strategy Officer

Paul Lincoln is Global Education & Strategy Officer of EdisonLearning, a leading international educational solutions provider with nearly 20 years of experience partnering with school districts, governments, organisations, charter authorisers, and boards. Paul is also the Chairman of our joint venture in Abu Dhabi, Taaleem-EdisonLearning.


Chief Academic and Product Officer

Sue joined EdisonLearning in October 2003 and currently works as the Chief Academic and Product Officer. She is accountable for the development of the EdisonLearning Design for school improvement.


Managing Director

Tim’s career in education started more than 25 years ago as a Physics and Technology teacher.  In common with many of his peers, he was involved in the early development of ICT in schools and developed a strong reputation as a pioneer in the teaching of robotics and computer control technology. 


Executive Director Research & Development

Allan is the Executive Director Research & Development globally. The main thrust of his work is ensuring that the best of research on effective schooling is made practical and incorporated into EdisonLearning services.


Head of Sales & Marketing Services

Nick has several years' experience in the education sector. He started as one of the country's youngest qualified teachers, and quickly became part of the senior management team of a North London junior school, after an 'outstanding' teaching grade from Ofsted.


Head of Commissioned Projects

Jonathan has worked in education for over 20 years, starting his career as a qualified teacher and holding a number of posts including senior management roles in Primary and Secondary schools and Local Authorities including heading the UK largest Behaviour Support Service.


Head of Primary and Special School Partnerships UK

Before joining EdisonLearning in 2004 Sue was a successful head teacher in a Harlow Primary School that placed high value on raising attainment, working with parents and social inclusion.


Head of Secondary Business Unit

Ian joined EdisonLearning in January 2008 from an outstanding Hertfordshire secondary school and initially worked as an Achievement Adviser in a number of secondary schools.


Head of Finance & Corporate Services

Jo Olley qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the provincial firm Bird Luckin in 1993.


Executive Director, Product Development and Training

Lee leads on global product initiatives and is also a key contributor to the work of the secondary team in the UK. He joined EdisonLearning in 2007 after a successful 14 year career in teaching. During this time, he was employed in schools in London and Suffolk as pastoral leader, faculty head and senior leader.


Global Business Support and UK HR Manager

Maggie joined EdisonLearning as Office Manager in May 2003, shortly after the UK Company was formed. During her time with EdisonLearning, Maggie has developed her skills to focus on providing strategic support and managing the company’s HR function.


Achievement Advisor

Angela joined EdisonLearning six years ago and is currently working as an Advisor in the Secondary Business Unit for EdisonLearning. Angela is based in the North West and works with Schools and Academies across the country supporting them in development activities.

Megan started her career as a Year 5 form tutor and teacher of English and Drama at a middle school in Suffolk and has been a successful Primary School Head, an Adviser for a Local Education Authority and an Ofsted Inspector.

Julie trained in London in the late 1970s and started her career in a junior school in Clacton, Essex and continued to teach in North East Essex for 25 years gaining much experience of school improvement through curriculum development and assessment.

Helen started her career as a primary school teacher in Watford, has been a successful head of three Primary Schools, LPSH trainer/facilitator for NCSL and Local Authority Senior Adviser for School Development. She is now an Achievement Adviser/Continuing Professional Development Manager specialising in Leadership with EdisonLearning Ltd.

Edwina has worked in education for over 25 years, starting as a teacher in a Lambeth primary and becoming a Deputy Head for 14 years. She has also been an Advisory Teacher for Newly Qualified Teachers.

David joined EdisonLearning as an Achievement Adviser in 2008 and currently works with clusters of primary schools in Northampton as part of a three year partnership to deliver school improvement across all aspects and functions.


Director of Achievement, Online and Virtual Learning

Following a biomedical degree at Leeds University, medical research with Cancer Research UK and a stint as a Chartered Accountant, Eileen discovered that she could have more fun working with children and young people in education.

Lesley joined EdisonLearning in November 2007, following five years working as a Senior Manager within Essex Children and Young Peoples Service and 25 years teaching experience.

Jane has worked in education for over 25 years, joining EdisonLearning as an Achievement Adviser in December 2004. She has worked with a range of secondary schools on the implementation of school transformation strategies.

Rachel joined EdisonLearning to work with Primary Schools looking at the Connected Curriculum in the Midlands.


Schools Sales Executive

Angela started her career in primary teaching, before moving into the area of educational publishing, progressing to a sales management position focusing mainly within the primary sector.


Project and Systems Manager

Suzanne joined EdsionLearning four years ago as Operations Team Coordinator supporting the Director of Operations and then the Director of Strategy. Most recently Suzanne worked as Business Support Manager managing the Business Support function for the UK office.


Executive Assistant

Amy joined EdisonLearning in September 2012, providing Executive Support to the Managing Director and other senior colleagues.


Sales Operations Executive

Aisling had worked in a variety of sales positions before joining a leading publishing company in 2009. Joining the panel of a women’s interest magazine, she worked within a small team to manage the advertising for the title.
