- An understanding of a comprehensive and robust toolkit for improving learning and teaching in your school aligned to the new OFSTED framework.
- An insight into how coaching using the Quality Framework for Learning and Teaching can be used to engage teachers in self evaluation and self improvement whilst maintaining rigour in line with national standards
- An introduction to a method of collaborative staff development where teachers seek to improve their own practice and impact on learners and learning.
