Ranging from strong and highly successful schools seeking our new levels of excellence to schools in Ofsted categories, our partners represent schools from all backgrounds.
So what brings these schools to work with EdisonLearning?
There is no doubt that they are all committed to improving outcomes for their students, but beyond that, they believe that to achieve a real change in outcomes, they have to change, innovate and be prepared to challenge many of the 'givens' that drive behaviours and activities in secondary schools today.
But work with EdisonLearning is not a risky business on the 'bleeding edge'. Because our work and our partnerships are driven by evidence and research, implemented by highly credible educationalists, and supported by quality assured change management processes, we make the process of managing transformation in the complex organisations which are today's secondary schools manageable, rewarding and enjoyable.
Introducing EdisonLearning's One Year Secondary Partnership
EdisonLearning'sOne Year Secondary Partnership: Raising Attainment is an outcome focused, systemic solution to the need for continuous improvement in KS4 levels of attainment. We work with schools informed by an extensive research base, a successful track record and most importantly by a real understanding of the context of each individual school. Working alongside school leaders we analyse, develop and embed those school systems and processes that have most impact on student attainment. Moreover, we develop in people the skills that they need to be effective leaders and classroom practitioners.
