Primary eOne: One Year Partnership

EdisonLearning's One Year Partnership: Raising Achievement achieves better outcomes for pupils by developing an integrated and holistic approach to school improvement. We work with you to implement a rigorous programme for improving classroom practice, based on the specific contextual needs of your school.

The quality of teaching is best improved by a school-wide systemic approach to raising achievement, in which outcomes-focused lesson planning and best practice models are central to an integrated whole. EdisonLearning's Four Modes of Learning provide a framework of fine tuned strategies to enable teachers to deliver critical pupil outcomes.

A focus on systems and processes
Effective systems designed for pupil achievement are essential to the success of any school. The processes needed to make them work effectively are fundamental for achieving successful outcomes for learners.

EdisonLearning has a proven track record in working with schools to identify where ineffective systems are hindering progress, and supporting schools to get them right. Leadership work at all levels will focus on a rigorous annual cycle organised around data driven action planning.

This has a positive impact on the quality of teaching in all classrooms, and the outcomes that pupils achieve.

The EdisonLearning One Year Partnership improves the effectiveness of decision making and planning based on data, and ensures that this has impact on teachers' practice in classrooms e.One/Raising Attainment through effective professional development and evaluation.
